Life has been crazy to say the least, which is why I am barely getting around to posting about this beautiful love story.
Introducing Trevor & Meagan Beard.
To say that I enjoyed photographing this wedding would be an extreme understatement. These two are the most kind and sweet bride and groom I have had the priviledge to meet.
We met for the first time on their engagement session at This is the Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake City, Utah. What a gorgeous location that was. Golden grass, historical buildings, & romantic sunsets made this session one of my favorites.
Back in September (yes I'm that far behind...eek) I was fortunate enough to meet Meagan and Trevor's family and share in the happiest day of their lives. The reception was adorable and so sweet. Just like the couple. The Beard's were sealed the following day in the Salt Lake City, Utah LDS temple.
Thank you Trevor, Meagan, and all of the family for letting me be part of your day.
The First look...
These two images represent this couple so well. You can see just how much they enjoy each other.
I'm quickly learning that most brides are a little hesitant to give a kiss...so as not to mess up the lipstick.
Loved this porch for group shots!
The Wangsgard Family (above.) Look at all those beautiful kiddos!!
The Beard Family (above.) All though this day was about Trevor and Meagan that little guy in the front stole the show for just a second in this shot! So adorable.
These happy faces are the reason I love shooting weddings!
Trevor & Meagan wanted a shot with all the nieces and nephews. The one above is a "manufactured" perfect shot of 25+ kids looking at the camera. Below, however, is a little closer to reality!!
I just love the chaos!
Meagan and all her big brothers.
Gotta love brothers!!
Sisters!! So sweet!
In Utah receptions run a little differently than most. Typically the bride and groom greet their guests in a formal line. So what do I capture? Kids!! Their is never a shortage of adorable nieces, nephews, grand-kids and children here in Utah. I love watching them entertain themselves!
The Wedding Day at the Salt Lake City Temple.
Such a sweet Daddy & Daughter moment.
An emotional Mom and Daughter moment. Athena (mom) is a superwoman! Mother to 7 children. Meagan was the baby!! Athena you are my hero!!
Cause when your brother gets married you do heel clicks!!
Too funny not to share. When I asked the men to "gock" at Trevor's ring they thought I was crazy, but I didn't realize at the time Trevor wasn't wearing a ring due to a recent finger injury. Hence the disgusted faces. Thanks for trying guys!!
Congratulations you two!! I'm so happy for you. Thanks again for choosing me. I loved getting to know you and spending such a beautiful day with you.
